Mrs Brigette Bygrave (nee Feldman) is our Dental Hygienist. Born and bred in Maryborough, Brigette attended St Mary’s Primary and St Mary’s College before she started as a dental assistant with a local Dentist in 2002.
After 3 years as a dental assistant, Brigette developed a passion for dentistry and wanted to study further. She realised that education was the key to preventing a lot of dental issues and decided to become a Dental Hygienist.
Brigette graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Newcastle in 2009. She continued dental assisting while studying and is passionate about her career and helping patients to improve and maintain their oral health.
Upon graduating, Brigette moved back to Queensland and worked in one general and one specialist practice for 3 years before meeting her now husband. This brought her back to the Wide Bay area where she happily joined Maven Dental Maryborough, formerly Toothworkx, in 2012.
In the last few years Brigette has married and brought a property with her husband. She enjoys learning new things about living out of town and is attempting to sustain a home vegetable garden and fruit trees… with varied success! She is enjoying being home again amongst family and friends.
